Lauren Ash Morgan is co-founder and artistic director of Speech of Fire, a young theatre company. From 2014 until 2019, she served as the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company. When she was the Artistic Director of SSC she was also the producer of costumes and sets, music director, composer and coach for text. While she was usually at the front of an acting troupe but in her last season at SSC she was appointed a director as well as a lighting designer.
